Meet The Team

Tomislav Tesla

Inventor/Creator

Tomislav Tesla was born in France, he graduated in architecture in Serbia. Through investments and construction of residential buildings, he acquired applied technical knowledge and engineering skills.

As a young man, he was full of ambitions related to personal success, which led him to the position of advisor to corporations around the world. Then he clearly saw the picture of global events, past and future. Through personal reflection on his previous life, he realised that time, like the body, is transient.

He remained firm in his conviction to create technologies like sediment removal, cascade hydropower & sea turbines, which will be remembered even after his lifetime.

In order for the new technology to be applied, in addition to the knowledge of innovators in the application of new technologies, collaborators and investors are needed.

Together we can standardise and apply technologies for the common good, ensure the development of humanity in harmony with nature.

When the ambition is spent, maturity comes, after maturity, the acquired experience remains.

At this moment, Tomislav Tesla designs and realizes with existing and future patent rights technologies that will change our everyday life.

Richard has a unique ability to approach challenges from fresh perspectives and craft strategic paths forward. Over the years, he’s honed a talent for connecting the dots and bringing the right people together to turn bold ideas into reality.

Whether building new ventures or guiding teams through complex transitions, Richard thrives on aligning vision with execution. Today, his focus is on projects that drive lasting, positive change, from green energy innovations to sustainable technologies that uplift communities and restore balance to our planet. He believes that when the right minds and hearts align, we can create a future that works for everyone.

Richard has long been fascinated by water and its hidden potential. For years, he’s collected and drank spring water, along with the highest-quality structured water. His deep knowledge of water stretches back decades, though his ideas were ahead of their time. Now, as people become more receptive, the moment is right to share water’s true potential.

Richard is also a creator/inventor and has many valid ideas and with Tomislavs insight, wisdom and level of expertise, these ideas can be brought into this current reality.

Claire comes from a property background spanning almost 30 years, shaped by a deep understanding of people, places, and the importance of building strong foundations that stand the test of time.

Across decades in the industry, Claire has developed a natural ability to see potential where others may only see obstacles, bringing vision, trust, and long term thinking into every project and relationship.

Claire carries a lifelong passion for travel and exploring different cultures, communities, and ways of living. These experiences have cultivated a broad perspective and a genuine appreciation for connection, human spirit, and the value of creating spaces where people feel a sense of belonging.

Whether through property, community initiatives, or meaningful collaborations, the focus has always remained on bringing people together and fostering environments that inspire growth and unity.

Damir Katusic

Innovation Architect

Beginning in the private sector at quite a young age, he owned and ran a unique hospitality venue at 19, already leading a team of nine. He later brought the same builder’s mindset into the wellness and beauty industry.

All the while, another current pulled at him: technology. He has worked in the technology sector ever since, co-funding Tesla Technologies with Tomislav Tesla, a great-grand nephew of Nikola Tesla.

But his real gift has never lived inside any single field. It lives in the space between fields.

As a vision architect, he possesses an unusual ability to detect how the combination of two or more technologies or entire ways of thinking can generate perspectives and results that simply did not exist before.

He doesn’t just connect dots; he reveals entirely new pictures, then turns those pictures into coherent business visions and executable strategies that feel almost inevitable once seen.

This is the precise capacity he brings to Vortex Global Technologies and to the ambitious new chapter where the most powerful innovations emerge not from isolated brilliance but from the deliberate collision of worlds that were never meant to meet.
