Investor FAQ

ChatGPT Image Jul 1, 2026, 11_28_14 AM.png

1. Do you sell 100% of your technology, or charge a consulting fee?

We license the full technology to our partners. Instead of a one-off sale price, we're paid through consulting fees for helping implement and operate it. If you want to see the production capacity numbers behind this, we can share those directly with qualified partners.

2. Are you open to partnerships and a joint presence in global markets?

Yes, this is exactly what we're looking for. Our UK holding company is currently setting up a partnership to take our reservoir cleaning technology into global markets. Right now the technology cleans a reservoir up to 2km from the dam. We're developing new patents that will let us clean the full surface of a reservoir in a fully eco-friendly way. What we need is a global partner to help bring this to scale.

3. Do you sell exclusive patent rights by country or region?

Yes. Our cascading hydroelectric system could represent a substantial share of the value already built into the world's hydroelectric infrastructure. We license this by country or region, and we support the partner through implementation, standardisation, and getting it compliant with local regulation. For serious investors, we can go through the full valuation modelling under NDA.

4. Do you work with investment funds, pension funds, or bank financing?

Yes. For example, when we set up a company in the UK, we allocate patent rights to profitable projects around water and pressurised bottle production. We work with our own experts as well as established research institutes to build and run the business plan alongside investors. Our technology is proven and payment is tied to actually delivering the projects, so the aim is that everyone involved does well out of it: the distributors, the companies using the product, and the end customers.

5. Do you support humanitarian work?

Yes. Our housing technology deals with two things at once, plastic waste and the lack of affordable housing. The same build, finished with better materials, also works for the luxury end of the market and elite tourism developments. We're looking for partners, banks and governments who can see both sides of this: the humanitarian value and the commercial opportunity.
